2025 Spring in Savannah Workshop
A Charming Photo Adventure
Join me this spring in one of my FAVORITE places—Savannah, Georgia! I lived in Savannah for seven years and visit multiple times a year. It’s the most beautiful city I’ve ever visited, especially in spring! While many regional photographers have captured Charleston in spring, I assure you that Savannah is every bit as beautiful and charming. This is an opportunity to capture some photos to set you apart from everybody else.
We’ll spend three full days exploring the city, focused on capturing what makes this part of the low country so beautiful ⎯ live oak trees, spanish moss, azalea blooms, saltwater marshes, and historic architecture.
Total cost: $1,300/person ⎯ Includes lodging, transportation, and entrance fees to Wormsloe Plantation. Limited to just 3 participants.
25% deposit of the total price to secure your spot.
2025 Savannah Photography Workshop dates:
Monday, March 10th – Wednesday, March 12th
Brief Overview:
We’ll meet in Savannah on the evening of Sunday, March 9th 2025. We’ll spend the next three days shooting different scenes in the early morning and again during the evening. Afternoons will be spent resting and relaxing. The workshop will conclude on the morning of Thursday the 13th.
As with all of WNC Photo Tour workshops, the overall goal is to provide you with a unique and unforgettable experience. Think of it as more of a photography experience vs a photography workshop. But with that said, each day will have a different assignment. I’ll work directly with each participant as needed to help hone your photography skills throughout the workshop!
I really look forward to the small group size, as it allows for more personalized attention and a truly enjoyable experience. Just three participants and one instructor will make for a really fun time in this gem of a city.
Food
We will be doing a mixture of dining out and eating in. Our Airbnb has a full kitchen. There are some culinary spots in Savannah I always love to bring people to 🙂 Nothing too pricey.
Lodging
Our Airbnb is situated in a quiet neighborhood on beautiful Wilmington Island, minutes from the beach and minutes from downtown.
Activity
We’ll be walking a mile or less each day on flat ground. This one should be accessible to most people.

I have been leading tours and workshops since founding WNC Photo Tours in July of 2019. I’ve worked with – on average – a hundred people a year to help improve their landscape photography. I am very passionate about sharing these unique experiences with our customers and helping them create images they are very proud of!
Cancellation Policy
All of your initial deposit (25% percent of total price +tax)(~$325) is non-refundable. Full payment must be made by January 31st, 2025. Any cancellations within 60 days of the workshop will not receive their payment back as it is very difficult to fill the space on that short of notice. If we are able to fill your spot, we will provide you with a full refund, minus the initial deposit. If an emergency arises we will do our very best to work with you as we understand things can happen.
